What is Positive Psychology?
Positive Psychology combines brain neuroscience and use of thought and attitude to life to help us to change the way the brain works.
Naturally, the brain veers towards the negative and when we are under large amounts of stress for long periods of time the brain becomes wired for continued negativity.
Positive Psychology provides proven methods to re-wire the brain and to work on the positive thinking to enable calm. In turn, this reduces the stress alert systems in the brain and body bringing you back to a sense of peace of mind, an ability to cope better and more balanced approach to difficult situations.
