A gentle, uplifting class that combines physical and spiritual practices, asanas (movement), Pranayama (breathe),meditation, chanting and Yoga Nidra (relaxation ) to strengthen the Chakras. Blocks are removed in the Chakras and meridian channels enabling energy to flow more smoothly through the body promoting new levels awareness and well being.
Each Chakra has a related gland, Kundalini Yoga strengthens the Endocrine system, regulating mood and sleep, increases metabolism, improves the immune system, strengthens the nervous system, improves memory and concentration increasing vitality and creativity.
